Job Summary
Lead design and development of entire turbocharger systems and specific components, including preparing 2D drawings and 3D models per ISO norms. Conduct technical analysis in compliance with internal standards, manage change requests, and interact with customers and suppliers to solve technical issues. Control and track changes throughout the component life cycle while leading discussions on production improvements. Requires 3+ years of experience in CAD, GD&T, and automotive industry, with fluency in English. Global role at BorgWarner, a leader in sustainable mobility solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in international cooperation with customers and suppliers
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in CAD systems
- Solid knowledge of GD&T and stack-up analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
- Business fluency in English
- Must be a team player
- Good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
