Provide technical diagnostic support to technicians, leaders, and production staff. Secure control parameters, programs, and visualization data for process reproduction. Define, establish, and optimize TPM standards and procedures, including knowledge transfer and training. Collect and analyze process data for planned investments, offering advisory support. Execute projects and implement own initiatives. Select, verify, and ensure spare parts availability according to service schedules. Coordinate with external service providers and manage their execution. Communicate technical actions and installation statuses to team members. Plan and distribute maintenance tasks using API PRO and MS Excel. Oversee technical documentation, ensuring updates and archiving of device configurations and instructions. Define critical spare parts sets and manage procurement orders.
