Job Summary

Coordinate Fraternity and Sorority Life programs, supervise governance organizations, and develop FSL policies while administering the Achievement Certification Program. Act as a liaison between university departments and chapter headquarters, consult with FSL chapters, and lead the support team. Manage budgets, oversee risk management and compliance initiatives, and provide coaching to new members. Collaborate with the Leadership Awards Team to coordinate nominations and ceremonies, manage the Pioneer Involvement Center spaces and student employees, and advise student governance. Assist in planning major campus events and ensure safety protocols are enforced as a Campus Security Authority. Requires evening and weekend availability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum one year experience in student affairs or Greek life
Strong administrative skills, including high proficiency with MS Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret policies
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be available for weekend shifts
