Job Summary
Handle invoicing, expenses, financial audit, and data entry to support 150+ field engineers; maintain organized invoicing records; process time/expense submissions with high accuracy; support office services and assets; work toward increased autonomy of invoicing systems and processes; adhere to a strict code of ethics and deadlines; Monday–Friday full-time with a combination of in-office and remote work; training conducted in-office; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K; 40-hour work week; location in Christiana/New Castle/ Newark, DE; requires strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of financial experience in an office setting required
- Experience with Microsoft Office software suite & Google systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US for US positions
