Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst – Collections

Manage end-to-end Collections and Dispute resolution for medium- to high-complexity customer portfolios, including delinquent, special-situation, or public sector accounts. Analyze overdue balances, payment behavior, and root causes of delinquency to design tailored collection approaches aligned with customer segmentation and escalation frameworks. Lead high-touch customer engagement to secure promise-to-pay commitments, payment plans, or dispute resolutions, while coordinating with Commercial, Customer Service, and Supply Chain stakeholders to remove payment barriers. Execute financial closing activities, utilize AR systems and automation tools for efficient collections execution, and maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions. Perform other tasks as assigned while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, internal controls, and audit requirements.
