Job Summary
Mentor and coach a diverse team of junior to senior L2C accountants while championing process innovation to simplify and automate workflows. Guide cash flow strategy by partnering with Sales and Legal on high-value accounts, leading end-to-end operations from credit risk to cash application and reconciliation. Transform data into insights using SAP S/4HANA and Celonis to guide senior leadership with actionable metrics. Requires 5+ years of hands-on L2C experience, 2+ years in people leadership, fluency in business English, and proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel. Salary ranges from 3400 to 4100 EUR gross with a flexible hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience spanning Credit, Collections, Cash App, and Reconciliation
- 2+ years of experience guiding and developing teams in a shared services or multinational environment
- A strong understanding of working capital metrics (DSO, aging analysis, bad debt provisioning, and cash forecasting)
- Comfortable with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
- Advanced Excel
- Fluent in business English
- Natural communication skills that build strong relationships across regional departments
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Desired Qualifications
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CMA, PMP)
- Experience with tools like Power BI or Celonis
