Invoice Reimbursement Associate

Invoice Reimbursement Associate role handling third party vehicle glass claims and preparing invoices for payment. Responsible for auditing documents for shop payment or policy holder reimbursement, contacting shops/customers via phone and email, updating claim status, and coordinating with Safelite teams to obtain pricing approvals, network updates, and vendor information. On-site training required for 60 to 90 days in Columbus, OH, with 9am-4pm call availability and strong emphasis on communication and service excellence. Proficient in using Outlook, Salesforce, and data-entry tasks; familiar with mainframe referrals, document uploads, and recognizing requests needing escalation.
