Invoice Billing Specialist

Set up projects and budgets in the accounting database and ensure submitted information is accurate and in compliance with company standards. Review contract terms, process sub consultant invoices, and prepare complex invoices including Cost Plus, Time and Materials, and Fixed Price formats. Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded while investigating and resolving billing issues to meet appropriate timelines. Analyze monthly financials and on-going revenue recognition, then work with project managers to finalize invoices for client submittal. Scan and index invoices into the electronic document management system. After an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule is available.
