Invoice Analyst (UK)

Review, code invoices, and collect required documents for construction projects within Capital Projects. Verify adherence to policy for new vendor setup and insurance compliance, ensuring all approvals are obtained before processing. Manage the full accounts payable cycle from receipt to payment, including matching contracts, change orders, and purchase orders while obtaining lien waivers. Analyze billing discrepancies, create datasheets to pinpoint issues, and devise solutions for contract provisions. Interpret contract requirements to resolve claims, void invoices, or reissue payments as needed. Monitor compliance with contract conditions and verify project signoffs from all parties. Update records, initiate documentation, and follow up on requests for approval of work not previously covered in the contract. Process and obtain approval of contract change orders, prepare payable expense reclassifications, and handle quarterly purchase order close-outs. Resolve routine internal and external inquiries concerning payment or budget status.
