Job Summary
Perform headcount and manpower projection reporting while executing data entry to maintain accurate project records. Review gate logs to track contractor access and overrides, then validate contractor reimbursables and billing submissions. Generate and maintain reports across Track, SAP, and headcount systems to support overall project controls and cost tracking activities. This role focuses on invoice validation and reporting within the turnaround project environment at the Toledo refinery, ensuring accurate tracking of contractor costs and financial data through November 20, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Background in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Experience with SAP and/or Track systems preferred
