Job Summary
Respond to client and investor requests by granting portal access, updating information, and assisting with onboarding. Compile and organize CRM data, run Anti-Money Laundering reports, and prepare wire instructions while communicating with the technology team. Support the engagement and onboarding teams by generating reports, gathering information, and managing project deadlines for financial, tax, and audit preparations. Securely handle sensitive financial and personal data while maintaining dialogue with client personnel and limited partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a client-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and energetic self-starter with ability to think creatively
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to take on any task, no matter how small
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate to team members
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with senior personnel across the firm
