Job Summary
Onboard new investors, serve existing clients, and administer fund-transfer requests while maintaining accurate account records. Respond to inquiries from individuals, churches, CFOs, and ministry leaders with accuracy, care, and professionalism. Collaborate with the Investment Team and supporting departments to manage daily workflows, strengthen the investor experience, and reduce operational risk. Support the Director of Investment Operations and Vice President of Investments & Operations in identifying opportunities for improvement.
