Investor Service Analyst

Job Summary
Acknowledge client inquiries and coordinate with internal and external teams. Review and process investor on-boarding documentation, subsequent activity, and static data changes across multiple systems. Prepare and review reporting, capital activity notices, audit confirmations, and monthly recurring deliverables. Disseminate fund and investor correspondence across various portal platforms. Track incoming capital call wires and prepare capital distributions payments. Ensure all work meets service level agreements and Gen II best practices. Liaise with the client service team to ensure efficient sponsor experiences. Participate in special projects while operating efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years' experience in the financial services Industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Impeccable attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with differing deadlines
- All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and days (2) days remotely
Desired Qualifications
- degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus
- Private Equity or Hedge Fund Investor Services background a plus
- Demonstrate strong customer service/client relationship skills
- Experience with Investor Portals (Intralinks/Investment Café/Allvue/InvestorVision) a plus
- Experience with Allvue CRM a plus
