Job Summary
Investor Reporting Associate Sr. collaborates on investor reporting for a portfolio of funds within PNC's Multi-Family Capital group. Responsibilities include entering quarterly/monthly data for low-income housing properties, generating reports using templates, uploading documents to investor portals, collecting and organizing insurance certificates and financial statements, tracking construction milestones, lease-up progress, occupancy data, producing internal/external reports, reviewing data for accuracy, and assisting with ad hoc data queries and client communications. The role involves analyzing progress of properties, coordinating with asset managers, identifying variances and potential concerns, and supporting senior team members in preparing investor materials and presentations. Strong data-entry precision, organizational skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets/databases/reporting tools are required; experience in multifamily real estate/tax credit is a plus but not required. A university/college degree is typical with 3+ years of relevant experience; salaries range from $45k to $105k depending on location and experience.
