Job Summary
Shape and strengthen the investor relations function by refining reporting processes, equity narratives, and data room infrastructure. Prepare investor communications including board decks and quarterly packs while acting as the key contact for existing and prospective investors. Partner with the CFO and founders to translate financial metrics into compelling external narratives and develop scalable templates for team growth. Monitor market sentiment and peer positioning to keep leadership informed ahead of fundraising, M&A, and other strategic milestones.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or a related field
- direct exposure to investor-facing communications
- experience preparing high-quality investor materials such as board decks, shareholder updates, or fundraising documents
- Communicate complex financial and business information clearly and persuasively to sophisticated external audiences
- Build effective working relationships across the CFO, founders, board, and external investors simultaneously
- structure information clearly for senior stakeholders

- Experience working at a high-growth company, public or private
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for investor relations or finance workflows, such as automated reporting, data analysis, or document synthesis
