Investor Relations Manager

Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, preparing quarterly reports, presentations, and internal decks for board meetings. Lead fundraising rounds by modeling valuations, creating investment memoranda, and managing end-to-end due diligence as the primary contact for auditors and legal counsel. Own data room management to ensure financial documentation is audit-ready and investor-grade. Build complex financial models for capital allocation and burn rate analysis while collaborating with FP&A to track performance against budgets. Design systems for IPO transition, coordinate cross-functional workstreams for prospectus preparation, and monitor post-IPO compliance with equity research analysts. This role reports directly to the CFO, bridging operational performance with the investment community to shape financial strategy and navigate capital-raising cycles.
