Job Summary
Manage inbound phone and email inquiries for LATAM clients and financial advisors, delivering timely responses and escalating issues as needed. Troubleshoot client problems by coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party partners to ensure resolution and clear communication. Support high-profile fund managers through subscription processes and fund closings while guiding clients on using the iCapital technology platform. Collaborate with the Technology team to provide feedback for user experience enhancements. Fluently speak Spanish with Portuguese as a plus; work 8:30am-6pm EST with office hours Monday-Thursday and remote flexibility on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-6+ years of experience in financial services
- experience in a client service or investor relations role in alternative investments
- Fluent Spanish speaker
- Ability to manage phone and email queue during operating hours 8:30am-6pm EST
- Experience with high-net-worth clients, financial advisors, and fund managers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
- Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
