Job Summary
Maintain and enhance CRM data integrity through ongoing updates and system management while supporting investor portal administration, including document distribution and access management. Assist with fund operations, capital call and distribution processes, cash flow tracking, and the preparation of periodic investor reports. Coordinate recurring compliance and regulatory reporting requirements and respond to investor inquiries regarding reporting, performance, and account activity. Track and manage investor audit confirmations in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external investors to enhance the investor experience. Improve operational workflows by identifying automation opportunities with AI as the firm scales systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience within investment management or financial services
- Experience with CRM systems and investor servicing platforms
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Foundational understanding of investor reporting, fund operations, or accounting concepts
