Job Summary
Investor Relations Associate at Cardone Capital will connect with potential investors interested in growing wealth through equity placements in institutional multifamily real estate. The role involves evaluating investment opportunities, presenting detailed information to investors, advising on fund return targets and investment strategy, maintaining and expanding relationships with current investors, prospecting clients, following up on leads, coordinating investor requests with team members, and maintaining the Investor Relations CRM database.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred
- One to two years’ experience working for a real estate firm or financial institution or a strong interest in real estate investing generally
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in an intense, fast paced environment
