Job Summary
Build and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and family offices by delivering actionable insights and tailored guidance on private markets investments. Act as a trusted partner through portfolio reviews, identifying optimization opportunities, and executing fundraising initiatives including outreach and pipeline management. Prepare high-quality client materials such as investment memos, reports, and presentations while driving revenue growth via upsell and cross-sell initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to enhance the investor experience and improve internal processes. This client-facing role within a fast-scaling fintech platform requires full proficiency in German and English, a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, and a minimum of two years in investor relations or wealth management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
- Full written and spoken professional working proficiency in German & English
- Understanding of private markets (private equity, venture capital, alternatives) and portfolio construction principles
- Commercial mindset with a track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
