Job Summary
Investor Relations Associate in Alternative Fund Services leads investor relations services for clients, manages fund and investor activity (dealing, cash, settlement, reporting, query management), serves as main contact for a portfolio of clients, ensures audit-ready processes, oversees client/investor reporting, and supports process improvements. Requires 3+ years in financial services and a Bachelor's degree in finance/economics/accounting or related field; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Office; capable of working independently and handling high-volume, deadline-driven work. Location: Dublin, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably experience with a Fund Administrator, Hedge Fund, or Private Equity Fund
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or any relevant field
- Dedicated to superior client service and able to remain poised under pressure
- Posses strong communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to collaborate and solve problems that involve multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through
