Job Summary
Support fundraises, build LP-facing materials, and assist in performance reporting while working closely with institutional LPs, placement agents, and consultants. Receive one-on-one training in LP communications, fund performance analysis, and professional writing alongside formal instruction in financial modeling, accounting, and investment themes. Analyze key investment highlights, conduct diligence case studies, and present an investment theme project. Complete 35 hours of financial modeling, 20 hours of accounting coursework, and 30 hours of learning series with founders, CEOs, and diligence providers. This 10-week summer internship for rising Senior students (class of 2028) offers a full range of IR & Capital Formation activities with potential full-time offers for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- A proven ability to thrive in a team setting
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and interact with senior investment professionals
- Exceptional academic credentials and demonstrated track record of accomplishment (3.6 + GPA)
