Job Summary
Investor Development Analyst role focused on identifying, maintaining and developing relationships with institutional investors (LPs) and other stakeholders in the private equity ecosystem. You’ll facilitate 1:1 meetings with fund managers, support delivery of exclusive products (roundtables, panels, VIP receptions), and help secure audiences beyond traditional investors. The position emphasizes relationship-building, outreach, organisational skills, and strong communication to drive engagement with LPs, GPs, and conference attendees, in-person at our London HQ with travel opportunities to conferences overseas. You will work closely with the CEO/founder and high-performing team, with a path toward internal growth and management roles. A UK work permit is required, and the role is onsite Monday to Friday at Sloane Square, London.
