Job Summary
Investor Accounting Analyst responsible for managing investor accounting and reporting within the Servicing department. Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Servicing/Asset Management to accurately manage cash flow reporting and balance a servicing portfolio across commercial multifamily capital sources. Responsibilities include reviewing daily servicing transaction reports and cash movements for accuracy, processing incoming/outgoing ACH, wire, and checks, preparing timely investor reports for FNMA, GNMA, and life insurance companies, performing daily/monthly bank reconciliations, resolving outstanding items with internal teams, building relationships with clients to deliver requested items, supporting annual audits, and helping create and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements; additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education or experience
- 1+ years of relevant Investor Accounting/Reporting experience
- Commercial mortgage servicing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS Excel proficiency, with ability to review formulas and suggest corrections
