Job Summary
Download daily transactions, map them to budget lines, and prepare monthly accruals and prepaids. Submit chargeback costs to agencies, validate reimbursement receipts, and update the chargeback database. Assist with labor cost analysis while populating financial reporting dashboards. Reconcile entries submitted to the Accounting department and maintain the database to ensure visibility of all IT to Agency chargebacks. This role begins in Spring 2027 with a minimum 12-month commitment, requiring onsite attendance at MTA Headquarters. Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.
