Resolve queries on interest, commissions, and valuations while preparing fee invoice payments and tracking agent commissions. Monitor unmatched transactions across m-Pesa and bank purchases, notifying fund administrators of discrepancies and suspense account remittances. Create and onboard new clients in the fund management system following successful tenders.
