Job Summary
Provide high-quality service and support to existing and prospective clients by maintaining and updating client databases, coordinating communications, and placing appointment reminder calls. Prepare new account opening documentation, process completed paperwork, and serve as the primary contact for clients when the Investment Executive visits other branch locations. Track referrals, prepare periodic reports, and assist with compliance activities, surveys, and audits while managing inventory of marketing materials. Maintain accurate client records, support scheduling and file management, and attend required training to ensure regulatory compliance. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and a positive client experience within the Investments & Insurance business.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required
