Job Summary
Review financial statements to prepare preliminary valuations of real estate assets and assist in evaluating investment returns based on cap rates and discounted cash flows. Develop underwriting and modeling for potential market opportunities while reviewing due diligence materials for acquisitions. Coordinate closings with Operations to ensure smooth property transitions, prepare proration information, and perform post-closing reconciliations. This onsite role in Salt Lake City requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance and two to three years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline
- Two to three years related experience and/or training
- Ability to work well with strict deadlines
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels within assigned area
- A creative approach to problem solving
- A humble, team oriented and optimistic attitude
- Ability to effectively translate complex information into clear and effective messages
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Acumen to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
- Ability to tailor key messages and presentation style to multiple audiences

- Fully onsite role
- Work at our Cottonwood Heights office in SLC
- Monday - Friday schedule
