Job Summary
Investment Strategy Analyst at ProShares responsible for developing and implementing investment models, conducting performance and strategy research, and preparing client-ready analyses. Role involves supporting product strategy and collateral, researching fund performance, risk measurement, and portfolio construction issues, and communicating sophisticated investment concepts to a variety of audiences. Requires a BA/BS, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with equity and fixed income markets; CFA/CAIA strongly preferred. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in-office at Bethesda, MD and New York, NY presence; compensation ranges $70k-$105k with potential discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required; CFA or CAIA strongly preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services; internship experience considered
- Strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of time series analysis; understanding of equity and fixed income markets
