Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each member's unique goals and circumstances. Guide clients through retirement planning, investment management, income planning, and wealth-building solutions while building long-term relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing reviews. Partner with branch leaders to identify member needs, generate qualified referrals, and develop a strong pipeline through internal partnerships and business development activities. Educate members and employees on financial wellness and available investment solutions, ensuring all client interactions meet regulatory and compliance standards. Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to provide timely, informed guidance. Requires active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, minimum three years of experience in financial advisory or related services, and ability to travel occasionally within the market. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, investments, banking, brokerage, or a related financial services environment
- Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
- Active Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance License
- Proven success building client relationships and growing a book of business through a consultative approach
- Strong knowledge of retirement planning, investment management, insurance solutions, and wealth accumulation strategies
- Ability to travel occasionally within the market
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Financial Planning, or a related field
- Experience working within a bank, credit union, or branch-based investment services environment
- Bilingual in Spanish
