Job Summary
Senior Associate Business Manager for the Global Investment Sales and Trading team drives growth and strategic initiatives across JPMorgan Wealth Management Solutions. Responsible for owning business priorities from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional work streams (growth plans, new services launches, project delivery), organizing complex information for senior management, and preparing executives for meetings through presentations and content creation. Partners with Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, Controls, and HR to align initiatives with business goals; supports regulatory deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework; manages day-to-day ad-hoc business needs; demonstrates strong analytical capabilities and a proactive, high-impact approach to senior-level advisory and decision support.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant working experience preferably in a finance, consulting and / or project management or business management capacity.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify the complex into clear deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation; focus on serving clients and improving processes.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Excellent writing skills; ability to draft clear, concise, and professional documents and communications.
- Experience in driving stakeholder agendas, delivering presentations to stakeholders/senior leaders, and articulating rationale in design decisions.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills; ability to develop business insights and hypotheses.
- Comfortable with analyzing large data sets and presenting strategy to senior management.
- Judgment and discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information
