Job Summary
Investment Research Analyst responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to real estate fundamentals, investor sentiment, capital markets activity, and macroeconomic trends; translate complex data into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making; develop investor-facing materials (pitch decks, DDQ responses, fact sheets) for institutional prospects; synthesize insights to support client engagement and portfolio positioning; collaborate cross-functionally to produce recurring surveys and research notes, and monitor global market developments impacting real estate investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline
- Minimum of three (3) years in prior research role focused on real estate, economics, institutional investments, or other relevant experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets
- Advanced Excel and database literacy; exposure to GIS/BI preferred
- Strong oral presentation and advanced written communication skills
- Proactive with good problem-solving skills, judgment, and innovation
