Job Summary
Proactively research and identify investments consistent with the firm's philosophy by conducting rigorous assessments of fundamentals, management, growth drivers, and valuation metrics. Generate differentiated ideas that produce strong investment returns through contextualizing recommendations within existing portfolios and demonstrating an understanding of current market trends. Actively participate on the Investment Committee and Internal Strategies team while working collaboratively across the firm to deploy capital. Maintain a deep understanding of coverage areas to provide value-added decision-making support to portfolio managers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience, proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and FactSet, and minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business
- equivalent experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and valuing public companies consistent with Bridges Trust's investment philosophy
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in Bloomberg
- Proficiency in FactSet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to add value in a team-oriented environment
