Job Summary
Investment Product Operations Business Manager in Asset & Wealth Management: Advise the Investment Product Operations leadership team across multiple product lines, support the Lead Business Manager in prioritizing and tracking progress, prepare and deliver clear presentations and reports, collaborate to execute the people agenda, liaise with HR and Finance on staffing and budgets, identify cost-optimization opportunities, coordinate leadership meetings and client interactions, streamline processes, and develop materials for senior leaders. The role requires partnering with senior leaders, influencing diverse stakeholders, and driving initiatives from idea to completion with strong Excel/PowerPoint/data visualization skills. A bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years in financial services strategy/management is required, with a focus on strategic thinking, organization, and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services strategy, business management, or financial planning
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation development in PowerPoint
- Strategic thinker who develops solutions and presents recommendations to senior leaders
- Highly organized project manager who prioritizes and meets multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity who drives initiatives from idea to completion
