Job Summary
Conduct product approval and documentation for UCITS funds, AIFs, and other investment solutions. Track distribution markets, target audiences, risk profiles, and share classes while coordinating with fund distribution platforms, advisor tools, and customer portals. Ensure accurate registration and accessibility for advisors and clients by acting as the liaison between compliance, operations, IT, and external vendors. Contribute to the development of the product platform, advisor tools, and fund information. Master's degree in finance, economics, law, or equivalent, with at least three years of relevant experience in wealth management, fund platforms, or product governance. Located in Norway with a salary of 500,000 NOK.
Required Qualifications
- Mastergrad innen finans, økonomi, jus eller tilsvarende
- Minimum 3 års relevant erfaring fra formuesforvaltning, fondsplattform, fondsrelatert produktstyring, drift, compliance, kapitalforvaltning eller rådgivningsrelatert produktarbeid
- God forståelse for fond, investeringsløsninger, distribusjon og regulatoriske krav
- Strukturert, selvgående, løsningsorientert og trygg i koordinering på tvers av fagmiljøer
- God systemforståelse og interesse for teknologi, data og plattform
- Kommersiell forståelse og evne til å balansere kvalitet, kontroll og gjennomføring
