Job Summary
As an Investment Portfolio Analysis Expert in a Senior Associate role, you will support daily checks on file deliverables, own issue resolution, and coordinate with global team members to discuss strategic initiatives. You’ll maintain relationships with client representatives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery, monitor internal and external communications, adhere to procedures and best practices, mentor less experienced team members, and lead initiatives to strengthen team collaboration and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes critical thinking, client service, strong organizational skills, adaptability, English language proficiency, and a proactive mindset within a hybrid work model based in Krakow or Gdansk, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of financial services industry experience
- experience in Custody, Middle Office, Fund Administration functions is an asset
- customer service or professional experience from a different area is acceptable
- working knowledge of MS Excel
- proficiency in English
- hybrid work model with in-office presence
- State Street Alpha platform experience is a plus
