Job Summary
The Investment Platform Analyst oversees the operational implementation of investment strategies for newly acquired wealth management firms, serving as the bridge between investment recommendations and execution to transition legacy investment programs to the OneDigital wealth platform. You will lead the development of operational processes for in-house and third-party investment vehicles, including alternatives and SMAs, and work with client portfolio managers, advisors, trading, operations, custodians, and technology partners through conversion projects from strategy selection to account implementation and stabilization. The role emphasizes acquisition integration (65-75%) and platform conversions, with remaining responsibility for ongoing investment operations, platform administration, and data quality initiatives across the investment technology ecosystem. Key duties include leading investment platform integrations, coordinating asset migrations, developing transition plans, ensuring data integrity, maintaining documentation and dashboards, and supporting advisor training during migrations, plus process improvement and reporting across platforms and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, portfolio administration, implementation consulting, or related financial services roles
- Experience with Orion and Eclipse is essential
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
- Ability to coordinate across investment, operations, technology, and advisor-facing teams
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
