Job Summary
Investment professional (Licensed, Partially Licensed, or Unlicensed) supporting JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management clients via phone: assist with brokerage accounts, discuss Traditional and Roth IRAs, initiate trades, and document client interactions while complying with regulatory requirements. Requires active Series 7 and Series 63 (or SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 or equivalent) within 90 days, a strong compliance record, and ability to work in a hybrid in-office/remote schedule after training. Role emphasizes customer-centric service, relationship-building with clients and business partners, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Training hours on-site; post-training hybrid schedule with three days in office and two remote days; department hours include varying shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Licensing (one of the following): (a) Valid and active Series 7 and Series 63 or (b) SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 (or equivalent) must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Strong compliance record and ability to hold a registration in all 50 states
- Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to change
- Ability to diagnose and resolve client inquiries and requests as well as identify opportunities to deepen client relationships
- 1+ years of relevant retail or financial service customer service experience
- Flexibility, self-motivation, coachability, and passion for helping people
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, professionalism, and ability to adapt conversations to diverse client base
