Investment Operations Technical Analyst

Investment Operations Technical Analyst role overseeing daily box management, risk controls, and asset-allocation processes within the Box Management & Trading team. Responsibilities include ensuring timely box management oversight checks, assisting with Asset Allocation parameters, preparing monthly reporting packs (e.g., box profit/loss and trade size/volume), maintaining effective financial and operational controls, and providing clear responses to customer-service queries. The role collaborates with internal colleagues and external partners to keep company exposure within agreed tolerances and supports data maintenance for Static Fund Data and Asset Allocation information. Ideal candidates will have established experience in financial services, particularly investment fund operations, familiarity with Unit Linked and With-Profits funds, NAV production/oversight, and proficiency with trade processing systems (EMX/Calastone) and MS Excel (macros). The role is hybrid with Edinburgh office base.
