Job Summary
Manage daily processing for corporate and retail clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and KPI achievement across static data, pricing, settlements, transfers, corporate actions, and cash management. Execute order placement and monitoring, handle platform transfers and stock forms, process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, and reconcile client holdings against agent and bank balances. Support control account exception reporting, regulatory reporting, and daily market settlement while maintaining accurate interest rates and investigating variances. Engage with external stakeholders, custodians, and regulators to resolve service issues and mitigate risks. Maintain training compliance and contribute to operational transformation programs.
Required Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent in a finance, business or numerate discipline
- Operations experience within the Wealth Management / Platform industry
- Experience in client services
- Experience in using Excel for data analysis
- The ability to work accurately and to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proposition knowledge of platform industry, from Retail Client to Asset Servicing delivery
- Technical operational knowledge relative to the team under role holders' remit
- Change management experience
- Understand of risk/compliance policies and processes for a financial services business
- Able to demonstrate understanding of regulations that apply within the region
