Investment Operations Lead

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end investment operations lifecycle, managing adviser and investor onboarding, trade execution, settlement, payments, and ongoing investment administration. Act as the senior point of contact for complex operational matters with advisers, custodians, issuers, and platform partners while building relationships to drive continuous service improvements. Lead the wider Investment Operations team by guiding onboarding, training, and workflow prioritization. Identify and implement process enhancements through technology, automation, and AI tools to boost efficiencies. Support operational reporting, reconciliations, audits, and risk management activities to strengthen controls. This role requires five-plus years in financial services with at least three years in fund administration or investment operations. Based in Eastwood, Quezon City, this hybrid day-shift position offers above-market compensation, healthcare, and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with direct team leadership, including ownership of team performance, workflow management, and managerial decision-making responsibilities
- Proven experience within the banking and financial services industry
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in financial services, including at least 3+ years in fund administration, investment operations, back office, middle office, or custody operations
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end investment lifecycle, including adviser/investor onboarding, trade execution, settlements, payments, and ongoing investment administration
- Demonstrated experience improving operational processes, driving efficiencies, and leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline workflows
