Job Summary
Oversee complete back-office operations, including fund valuations, NAV calculations, and portfolio transaction processing. Supervise trade execution support, settlements, corporate actions, and cash movements while managing reconciliation activities for cash, securities, and margins with custodians and brokers. Review and approve client statements, periodic investor reports, management reporting packages, and fund fact sheets using Bloomberg, FIS platforms, and corporate databases. Lead strategic direction for operational process enhancement and system automation, managing key relationships with external service providers including custodians, fund administrators, auditors, and legal advisors. Oversee onboarding of new execution accounts and related legal or tax documentation. Requires 10–15 years of experience in investment operations or fund administration with a proven track record of leadership in asset management or financial services.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in investment operations, fund administration, or asset management operations
- Proven track record of leadership or management within an asset management, brokerage, or financial services firm
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Extensive knowledge of investment operations, portfolio accounting, NAV calculations, and custody processes
- Advanced proficiency in Bloomberg, FIS platforms, and Microsoft Excel
