Job Summary
Assist in securities reconciliation, data management, and process analysis while maintaining portfolio holdings and investor data accurately. Conduct system configuration, testing, and batch processing for FX transactions, cash balances, and trade settlements. Support client onboarding, gather requirements, and facilitate broker-dealer onboarding by updating settlement instructions. Complete investor questionnaires, process management fees, and wire transfers between custodial and firm accounts. Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and develop bespoke client solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt within a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
Desired Qualifications
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- experience with coding or programming languages
- Exceptional research and data analysis abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning
- Background in fund administration, trading, or investment management back-office operations
