Job Summary
Investment Operations Analyst role focused on processing moderate to complex client requests across investment products, including trade reversals/adjustments, Not-In-Good-Order identification, and escalation handling. Responsibilities include researching escalated items, supporting intra- and interdepartmental inquiries, maintaining knowledge of investment policies, and contributing to regular industry-specific training. Key skills include proficiency with MS Office and Teams, familiarity with mainframe/form-based applications, strong English communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Education requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics or related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience; LOMA certification is a plus. The role is hybrid and based in Quezon City and Lapu Lapu City, Philippines, at Manulife/John Hancock.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related
- 2-4 years experience in Investment/Wealth/Securities or related field
- BPO/Shared Service experience beneficial
- LOMA certification is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with Mainframe and/or form-based applications (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of investment products and services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and cross-training
- Hybrid work arrangement familiarity
