Job Summary
Oversee investment data processing for external investment managers across traditional and alternative asset classes, managing data collection, entry, quality checks, analysis, and reconciliation. Act as the primary contact for assigned managers, addressing processing needs and serving as a subject matter expert on data discrepancies, policies, and the covered universe. Conduct audit and due diligence support by reconciling historical data in proprietary databases and performing ad hoc reviews. Provide quality control for team tasks, support financial services and compliance requirements including regulatory filings and error resolution, and participate in application testing. Identify operational inefficiencies while maintaining high attention to detail and managing multiple deadlines independently and collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any major)
- 1 year of related internship
- 1 Year of work experience
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction now and in the future
