Job Summary
Oversee the residential portfolio and loan refinance program; serve as the primary owner-side representative across a multi-property portfolio managed by third-party operators, coordinating with property management and ownership teams. Lead strategic residential initiatives, monitor operating performance (leasing, occupancy, rent growth, capital projects), and translate operational data into ownership-focused insights. Coordinate refinancing activities, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support underwriting, lender coordination, and transaction workflows. Ensure alignment with budgets, business plans, and ownership objectives while driving portfolio analysis, reporting, and accountability. Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams to optimize asset value and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting, business, data analytics, or related field
- 5+ relevant years of experience in a similar capacity
- Demonstrated track record of successful property management at a portfolio scale
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate operations, financial reporting, and owner or operator relationships
- Self-direction; capable of taking ownership of process design where none currently exists
- Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
