Investment Manager, Investment Strategy & Solutions 12month FTC

Investment Manager on a 12-month FTC to deliver investment strategy and solutions across funds within Lloyd's Treasury & Investment Management. Shape asset allocation and risk appetite, act as a trusted expert for portfolio queries, identify new investment opportunities, lead client discussions on performance and outlook, oversee reporting across performance, risk and regulatory requirements, monitor portfolios and drive implementation of new investments and asset classes, and contribute to research and insights for multi-asset portfolios. Requires understanding of investing in an insurance context (Solvency II), portfolio and risk management across multi-asset strategies, ability to engage senior stakeholders, knowledge of financial markets and macro trends, and familiarity with asset strategy linkage to insurance liabilities and capital requirements. Experience with a broad range of asset classes (public and private); tools like BlackRock Aladdin are helpful but not essential.
