Job Summary
Assess and execute new investment opportunities by leading financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes. Prepare investment committee materials and transaction recommendations while managing advisers and counterparties through execution. Monitor portfolio performance to support value creation programmes and contribute to sector thematic research. Develop relationships across the Irish corporate finance and advisory community. Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or transaction advisory
- Outstanding financial modelling, analytical and valuation capabilities
- Demonstrated experience executing M&A or principal investment transactions
- Strong commercial judgement and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated and capable of operating in a high-performance environment
