Job Summary
Conduct real estate investment origination, evaluation, and execution through Joint Ventures, Funds, and Long-Term Lease structures aligned with Vision 2030. Lead Financial and Legal Due Diligence processes, including reviewing cash flows, land titles, and regulatory compliance to assess risks and prepare recommendations for senior management. Analyze investor offers, benchmark terms against market norms, and develop financial models incorporating IRR, NPV, and DSCR. Manage real estate investment funds and SPVs under CMA regulations while ensuring adherence to Saudi financial frameworks. Build relationships with sovereign funds, family offices, and developers to lead negotiations and represent the entity in roadshows. Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and report findings via Power BI dashboards. Requires Master's degree, CFA certification, and 4-8 years of experience in KSA real estate investment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Real Estate
- Professional certifications CFA or FMVA
- 4-8 years in real estate investment, project finance, or private equity
- Experience within KSA/GCC
- Proven experience in FDD, LDD, and structuring JVs/Funds
- Strong expertise in CMA fund regulations
- Real estate laws
- PPP frameworks in Saudi Arabia
- Advanced skills in Excel (financial modeling)
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint (investor presentations)
- Advanced skills in Power BI (dashboards/analytics)
- Deep understanding of Riyadh/KSA real estate market dynamics
- Pricing
