Job Summary
Investment Manager responsible for leading the investment side of a major account, owning the end-to-end investment process from briefing to booking, negotiation, and buying. Drive smart, impactful investment recommendations to maximise reach, value, and results, while managing pacing, delivery, and client updates. Lead and coach juniors to uphold a high standard of delivery and foster strong relationships with media partners and clients, ensuring performance is clearly communicated and aligned with market movement. Bring deep knowledge of broadcast buying, a commercial mindset, and the ability to forecast and manage invoicing with precision in a fast-paced, high-ambition environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency with deep expertise in broadcast buying
- strong negotiation to unlock value and better outcomes
- leadership experience coaching juniors and elevating delivery standards
- credibility with clients through clarity and sound judgement
- meticulous attention to detail with ownership and accountability
- ability to forecast, manage bookings/pacing, and invoicing accurately
- experience building relationships with media partners to unlock better outcomes
- ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-ambition environment
- strong understanding of the media landscape and investment impact
